It helped to clear my head and I am able to continue with this Journal as there are no time limits or retributions if something isn't done by a certain date. Today is the first day of the third week of the year and already 'listening to our customers' has opened our eyes to new ideas for our members.
One of our followers asked if it would be possible for them to purchase a membership that gave access to our Members Pages on the website, without the pack that we usually send out in the post. We thought this was a great idea. We're all for having a more eco-friendly business and we immediately saw that this was a big step forward for us to achieve this.
