What is The Activity Coordinators Toolbox?
Bright Copper Kettles’ The Activity Coordinators Toolbox is a year-long membership club that makes it easy for you as a business ,or individual, to confidently plan activities your service users will love. Over the last five years our Founder, Caroline J Benham has built an internationally recognised Community Interest Company, having poured all of her learnings into a treasure trove of resources and support, including a beautifully designed Calendar of Special Days and Events, Sections for Meaningful Activities, Hobbies and Interests, as well incorporating important aspects of care, such as, Nutrition and Hydration. The Activity Coordinators Toolbox membership enables you to access areas of the site which would otherwise not be accessible to you.
How do I become a member?
Any individual, such as;Activity Coordinator, Lifestyles Manager (or similar role), Care Home Owner or Care Home business representative over the age of 18 can apply for The Activity Coordinators Toolbox membership. To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your membership application for The Activity Coordinators Toolbox and to confirm details. Just to be clear, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
Registration with The Activity Coordinators Toolbox and payment of the price for the membership services represents an offer on your part to purchase the membership, which will be accepted by us only when a confirmation of acceptance is sent by us. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
By becoming a member you agree to giving us up to date and accurate information, including payment details and you agree to contact us if this information needs updating.
How long will my membership last?
We offer renewable, annual membership, so your membership will last as long as you want it to. (minimum 12 months)
How much does it cost?
The price payable for membership that you order are as set out on our website and will be confirmed in your confirmation email and may vary from time to time. For corporate memberships, please contact us for a quotation.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel the service at any time after the fee has been paid by giving us a months’ notice by email: email@example.com
What will happen if you fail to pay?
When you purchase a corporate membership, if you fail to pay by the required date, we will write to you to ask you to make up the payment.
Unfortunately, if you then fail to pay this amount within 7 days of receiving such a request from us, your The Activity Coordinators Toolbox membership will be terminated immediately.
Paying your membership
We accept payments by Paypal or Stripe, which is an easy and convenient way for you to pay. Your membership fees are collected from you by us by Paypal,or Stripe, once you join and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Alternatively, you may make your payment via BACS and to do this you will need to request an invoice from us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your Account and Password
If at any point you choose, or you’re provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you agree to always treat this information as confidential and never to disclose it to someone else.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at email@example.com
Reproduction of materials and/or designs

The content, designs and ideas represented on our site have been enthusiastically and painstakingly created by us and we’re really proud of them. We’re delighted to share them with you and we’ve designed them with your needs and requirements in mind. Please don’t copy them. Legally, we own them and all intellectual property rights on our site and in the material we’ve published on it – they’re rights recognised by copyright laws and treaties around the world and we reserve them all.
Except for digital content that we’ve expressly provided to you so you can complete it, for example to use as a template or handy form/questionnaire, you mustn’t in any way modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you print off or download from our site. The same rules apply to our illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics.
Of course, any .pdf or doc that is provided for you to use with your own clients can be downloaded, printed and photocopied, but you must ensure that our credits are maintained, where present in the original copy.
