Alzheimer's Society is urging everyone to Trek for loved ones, and raise money to support people devastated by dementia.

Lucy Robinson will be taking part, walking 26 miles and raising funds for this great charity.
Both Lucy and her husband Simon lost their grandmother's to dementia.
Lucy's grandfather has also been given a diagnosis of dementia.
That's why she has chosen to take part in this event to help Alzheimer's Society support people living with dementia.
