About Seated Zumba Gold
Seated Zumba Gold brings together music, movement and international rhythms in an accessible seated session.
Led by Stacey, sessions can include music and movements inspired by Cha Cha, Tango, Flamenco, Salsa and more - giving residents an opportunity to move, enjoy familiar and uplifting music, and have fun together.
Stacey has more than 10 years' experience as a fitness professional and is fully qualified and insured.
What to expect
Sessions are designed to bring movement and music together in a way that can be enjoyed from a seated position. Rather than exercise simply for the sake of exercise, the music and different rhythms help create an enjoyable shared experience, with residents able to join in with the movement and atmosphere.
