As we draw close to the Christmas holidays, I find myself reflecting on where I am, what I have experienced over the past year, and how I want to move forward in 2024.
Like most of you. I am able to look back on great joys and small pleasures.I've also experienced I tense sadness and setbacks in my private life and my business.
There have been times when I have shown up fiercely and others where I have shown up quietly. There have even been times when I didn't show up at all.
But, I'm still going.
I'm still banging the drum CARE HOME ACTIVITIES MATTER
I'm blessed with INTENTION
So, at the end of this year, I'm still very much where I was at the beginning, despite the storms and the swells.
It's like being in the ocean on a boat.
When I look at my surroundings, I can't really tell where I am, or how far I have travelled.
But, when you stop looking at what's around you, and take notice of your strengths and weaknesses you can see your growth.
This week I have been doing that.
And I'm INTENSE about improving care home activities.
Bright Copper Kettles CIC will continue to move forward through 2024.
I will be in my garden more often, developing (or should I say 'growing') my new business 'Flowers for Wellbeing'.
I will be spending more time with family and friends.
I will continue to live with INTENTION
